If you’re not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email support@allamericanhosting.com or cancel from your control panel and ask for a refund. We’ll refund your first payment in full, whether you paid monthly or yearly. No hoops, no interrogation, though we’d love to hear what we could do better.
The fine print
- The guarantee applies to your first payment for your first hosting subscription.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy (for example, phishing or spam) aren’t eligible.
- After the guarantee period, cancellations take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires or our SLA provides credits.
Nothing else to refund
We don’t sell domains, add-ons or setup fees, so there are no non-refundable extras to deduct.
