We host a wide range of lawful websites and believe in free expression. This policy exists to keep our network safe, fast and reputable for every customer.
Not allowed
- Anything illegal under U.S. federal or state law, including child sexual abuse material (reported to NCMEC and law enforcement without exception).
- Phishing, fraud, scams, fake storefronts or impersonating others.
- Malware, exploit kits, botnet command-and-control, or cryptocurrency mining.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, or hosting sites advertised by spam.
- Attacking, scanning or probing other systems, including denial-of-service attacks.
- Infringing copyrights or trademarks. We respond to valid DMCA notices sent to abuse@allamericanhosting.com.
- Harassment, threats of violence, or doxxing.
Fair use of resources
Shared web hosting is for websites. Bandwidth is unmetered for normal sites, but these don’t belong on it:
- File-sharing, download mirrors or backup storage unrelated to your website.
- Video or audio streaming hubs and large media libraries (use a CDN or streaming service).
- Long-running daemons, game servers, proxies, VPNs or Tor nodes.
- Workloads that deliberately evade your plan’s resource limits.
Email from your sites
Send website email (forms, orders, password resets) through a reputable transactional email provider. Bulk marketing email must go through a proper email marketing service and comply with CAN-SPAM.
Enforcement
We investigate reports and may remove content, suspend a site or, for serious or repeated violations, terminate an account. Except in emergencies or where the law prevents it, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix things.
