We focus on doing web hosting exceptionally well, so we don’t host mailboxes. We recommend pairing your site with a dedicated email provider: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail or Proton Mail. They deliver far more reliably than a mailbox on a web server, and your email keeps working no matter where your website lives. We are happy to help you set up the DNS records.

Yes. For reliable delivery we recommend connecting WordPress to a transactional email service with an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP or FluentSMTP. Services like Amazon SES, Postmark, Brevo and Mailgun have free or very low-cost tiers. Our help team can walk you through it.

No, and we think that is a feature. Register your domain with any registrar you like (we suggest Cloudflare Registrar, which sells at cost) and point it at us. Your domain stays yours, separate from your hosting, forever.
